The siding is just primer right now. The color of the outside of the house is going to be a dark green with white trim. We have stalked a home owner once we saw it on their house. They are never home so the painter is going to have to match it for us…..I hope..... No third color outside like the real fancy houses have.
Inside we are going with a tan that we saw in some open houses we went to this weekend. I know once we move in, Janette has plans for other accent walls, but I'm sure that will be much later.
That is the best way to pick out a color. We did the same thing——saw our color on another house. Our painter went and matched it. We've had it ever since. Love it. So if you keep going back to the one you picked and still love it, you'll be happy.
New houses are so much fun. All the stuff to pick out and paint. Yes stress, but so much fun!

Oh Jen, the arch almost didn't happen. Our builder talked us in to it and I'm sure glad he did. It's cool and defines the space.
